Seems like he look for an issue when ain’t one .. notice previous review before he”s argumentative… even tried it with me …. Straight car , if rent take pictures of every lil thing ! Especially things that’s not posted like cigarette burn , bumper , he gives off he will say u

This is a totally false statement..this customer for some reason had an issue because I asked her if she got a flat tire & if so which tire, now the reason for that question was because the compartment with all the spare tire and tire changing equipment was not put back or was loose and just in the trunk

The host communicated several times with clear instructions and the car was in a location that made it very easy to pick up. There was an awful smell in the car and about 10 air fresheners - which I had to put in the glove box.
We wasn't aware of any awful smell in the vehicle we do know that the previous customer that had the vehicle before this customer had smoked in the vehicle The smell of smoke was tried to be cleaned out before the rental but the car went back out 3 hours later that is usually not an issue or a problem when it comes to the car smelling like smoke as long as the customers follow the rules.. Sorry if this was the case..
