Riya is super responsive despite us being super last minute to book the car. Very kind owner as well!

Cars exterior and interior were not washed or cleaned when I picked up (Whatever, not super hung up on it). 24 hours into the rental and the entire infotainment/sound starts to cut out randomly. I can’t overstate the extent that this inconvenienced and negatively impacted my trip and rental. After this, I reached out to the owner to see if there’s any work around or if they have ever had this issue reported only for her to act like she was unaware of the issue while also acknowledging that someone had previously reported it. I was disgusted to find that out especially considering this isn’t nearly the cheapest car in the area. She offered no discount or money back after acting ignorant to the problem that she was in fact aware of. I’d rent a different car if you can.
