Great experience! Rented this car for 2nd time and had another awesome experience. Having the car for few weeks this time around really showed how reliable it is. Would absolutely rent again.

This is incorrect information ! I just checked the battery of my EV car , it was showing 15 miles less due to AC was turned on
Great experience! The host was very kind and walked me through everything before the trip. The car was clean, well kept, and included a charging cord which made things super convenient. They also pointed me to nearby charging stations and made the whole process easy. I would definitely book again if needed.

Car quality: the only complaint I have is the smell. Someone placed an air freshener hanging from the rear view mirror and gave off an awful smell, perhaps attempting to cover something more nefarious.
Pick-up location: When searching for a vehicle on the Turo website using a city, it doesn’t return results for that city only. Bellevue isn’t too far but you still have to pay for an Uber to get to the rental.
Host: Here is where I had the biggest issue and had to have Turo intervene twice to force the host to comply with the law. No registration paperwork was inside the vehicle. The host insisted it was OK and I didn’t need it. He finally sent a digital copy which after some research, I found out WA State does allow showing an image of the registration. The host was basically renting a car which is not street-legal and could get the unsuspecting driver in trouble for driving a vehicle without the required paperwork. Luckily, I didn’t have to drive the vehicle before receiving the digital copy of the registration.
Overall I would rate this trip a four star.
