If picking up from airport message host to confirm where to pick up the car as they leave the car for drop off the very shortly before the scheduled pick up time.

The vehicle’s exact location and clear pickup instructions were provided to the renter in advance through Turo messaging. Unfortunately, the renter had difficulty locating SeaTac Airport on his map and did not follow the instructions provided. It is unfair to blame us for his own mistakes and for an issue caused by not following the directions that were clearly communicated ahead of time.
The host was incredibly understanding and responsive

This must be a mistake as the car was given to Steven very clean and was even washed at a car wash before giving it to him. The pictures of the car even showed how clean the car was.
Rauhen was super responsive and the Hyundai Elantra was perfect for our trip as it saved so much gas. We took the car over to Vancouver CA and back visited Mount Rainier!
The car ride was super smooth as well! We would def recommend this car if you like comfort and plan on driving a lot :)
