Never again. Host did not reveal location of car. I had to spend two hours on the phone with customer service to attempt to locate the car. I called and messaged via the app repeatedly no response. I was stranded at the airport.
Eventually the car was located with no help from the host. Car had no issues the host is the problem and don’t expect Turo to help resolve this type of issue. They don’t care. Shocking experience and lack of resolution. Avoid.
