Host was an hour and twenty minutes late gave me three different excuses as to why also tried to cancel after already waiting for 30 min. Promised me reimbursement never did then ignored me told me to bring back little fuel so I did and now trying to charge me for fuel after ignoring me for days and took the picture of fuel three days after I returned it and at 4 am they did . They didn’t write me back until I had it escalated with Turo. Because he wasn’t even answering them.

We were up front about the delay, and guest arrived an hour earlier than scheduled. Because of the 4th of July holiday rush we offered $50 credit. She requested Zelle which violate Turo’s policy. Turo handled the $50 credit through platform. She received the full $50. we agreed she gets the $50 but must return with same level gas and condition car was returned with 7/10 gas tank missing after 5 day rental. A 1-star review over a valid charge does not accurately reflect our service.
