My original booking was changed to this car due to damage, and what a nightmare it was. The car smelled, ash on the seats, sensors coming on, and even the check engine light flashed while driving. After contacting the host, I was told to drop the car off where he would provide ANOTHER replacement car. The host told me to change my trip’s “end time” so that he could give another car. Once he picked up the car, he told me that he would not be giving me another car and that our conversation is over. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR OR HOST.
Turo customer support has everything documented. This review is a lie and uncalled for. Seemed like guest was just trying to get a free trip by making false accusations.
