This was one of the worst cars I've ever rented. It looked nothing like the photos. The car had a strong unpleasant odor, the seats were dirty, and the exterior hadn't been cleaned. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
I tried to exchange the vehicle, but I was told there weren't any others available. I've never had to rent a car under these conditions before. The only positive was that the people were friendly and the rental process was fast and convenient, which helped because I needed a vehicle quickly to get to work and several meetings.
