Everything was great I wish I could've extended one more day but this car was def better than expected and the gas is awesome I only put gas in twice out of 5 days. I'll be back for this or something similar thank y'all for the service.

Pick up was good but the vehicle had issues

Pics of the car in the listing looked great, upon arrival it was filthy with dirt stained seat covers. The messages sent before pick up emphasized no smoking and even suggested a certain level of concern for scent sensitivity. The car had TWO cheap free air fresheners, a vape in the backseat and smelled like stale smoke. I drove 11 hours and had a bad allergic reaction to the air fresheners. I reached out, they read the message and never once checked in or showed any concern. Didn’t try to make it right. Nothing. I was out of state with a car I was not safe to drive. My entire trip was thrown off because of this. Upon check in day I did receive a few messages about “how was your trip” and “Hope it went smoothly” but nothing about the medical condition their negligence caused me. The before photos even show the air fresheners in the car by the employee. I took them out the second k got off the lot and had a reaction the entire 4 days I had it. I am FURIOUS at their lack of customer service and care in general. I will not use them in the future and will not suggest anyone else do either. A ruined trip and no call back in straight up bad business.
