Steering unaligned, sounds bad on the highway like there’s something dragging

The car was very clean and the car drove nicely but it was a hassle to get in the car upon arrival.

The car started making a loud noise that sounded like something was dragging and on the highway it only got worse my mechanic said he believes it is the transmission when I contacted the host about it they told me they had no idea then became unresponsive to my messages except to send an extra bill.
