I didn’t have a bad experience but the car was more beat up than any other car I have rented. More scratches and windshield chip. There was an issue with a warning light that they were very responsive to. Overall I didn’t like the car, which isn’t their fault. I docked a star just for the exterior being more scratched than it should be.
