I ordered car to be picked up at Aberdeen Station but own didn’t see request to drop car off. Therefore, I needed to pick and return car from owner’s home..

I have used Turo 5 or 6 times in the past. I have never had an issue with drop off or pick up. The convenience is one of the many reasons I use Turo. I filled the tank 11 miles from the owners house and he wants me to pay $20+ to fill and convince fee. I am going to pay it but I would not recommend using this car or owner!
This guest filled the gas tank only 3/4 full when returning the car. I went to gas station and it cost $9.60. Turo charged the guest additional $10 inconvenience fee.
