Eric was great to work with, he made sure that even though the Sorento we booked and paid for wasn't available that we had a vehicle when we arrived in Columbia. The Kia Forte we were given was dirty with some trash, but I was understanding because it was a last minute change on their end and they made sure we had something. We took our pictures in the dark (we landed at 9:30 pm) while Eric talked us through the process over the phone and we both agreed that if I found anything in the morning I could submit some more pre trip pictures. Originally, the Forte was going to be traded for the Sorento in the morning where we were staying but I didn't want to be a burden since he was in Texas and didn't have much help in the area we were in so I agreed that we'd keep the Forte. I did take a picture of and told him over the phone that the tires were very bald and he probably needed to have new ones before anyone else used it. After a long day of travel, I hadn't thought to ask if we'd be refunded the difference in vehicle cost after trading. I did message him about it after the trip and waited 5 days for a response before leaving a review. The morning after pick up, I noticed several burns in the headliner and sent him pictures, he said not to worry, we wouldn't be charged, I let him know they weren't from us but I couldn't see them at pickup in the dark. We had to stop multiple times to put air in the tires, I hope they've been fixed for the future, but it's questionable as I read multiple reviews from the weeks prior that it had been brought to his attention. I would book again, but definitely learned a few things to be mindful of.

The experience was horrible to say the least. Owner ( 1 (409) 350-9368 ) was beyond rude. The scariest part
Is the vehicle was unsafe to drive. Both steer tires were beyond usable. Extremely safe. I tried communicating it and I was ignored.

The car smelled bad, the host wasn’t respondent when we needed instructions for drop off. I tried messaging the night before and the morning of. There was no lock box on the car.
Lydia •
Didn't have original car and needed to swap and meet up again with host to retiree actual car, which caused an inconvenience to my schedule by needing to coordinate an additional meet up.
Matthias •
A few miscommunications about pickup and cancellation.
