Second time renting from here and I absolutely loved it pick up and drop off is really simple and the cars are always clean and smell nice

Upon arrival, they took a picture of my driver's license even after it was scanned into the app. The next morning I was having issues with the key fob. Contact the person that suppose to own the account, he told me I had to Google how to get in it manually. Several times using it manually the alarm went off. Contact the person that suppose to own the account and let's just say they was no help. After going back and forward, later the person owns the account and a different person that actually owns the car using the account offered to replace the battery out, but I declined due to already being inconvenience. I had to figure out myself how to lock and unlock the car without the alarm going off.
Very unprofessional, first and last experience.
Following the proper channels (Turo customer service or roadside assistance) could’ve really played better, please do so for future reference. The discount you inquired during your trip could only be applied for future rentals with the same host but not for current trips. We offered to come replace the battery on the key fob but you didn’t want to ma’am
