I think I’m being nice with 2 stars.
First things first, I got the car with half a tank of gas. Second, the car needs a wheel alignment asap. Thirdly, the rotors need to be checked because there is a scratching sound every time I brake. Fourthly, the car was not in the neatest condition as I found crumbs and dust around the car console area and a cigar wrapper in the back floor.
The car is very very nice and the trip was going so well until it was time to put gas in the car. I paid over $80 only for the car to not take the gas. I changed pumps thinking it was the pump and sure enough, it wasn’t. Seems like something is up with the fuel gauge.
I messaged the host immediately after to see if there was something wrong with it and, to her knowledge, nothing was wrong. She was responsive for one message and then went MIA for the rest of the night. I tried to accommodate with the host to make the situation less inconvenient for us both. I felt I had no choice but to reach out to Turo to get accommodation for safety reasons. They advised that I return the vehicle since I was unable to get gas in the car to enjoy the rest of my trip.
Overall, just very frustrated with how this turned out. I’m not one to leave bad reviews no matter the situation.

Thanks, next time tell me before you post a review. It was returned with a nail in tire. Left front was down to 23 lbs. We need to know these things prior to check out so we can schedule maintenance.
