The car wasn’t at the initial pick up location as stated in the check-in directions. The car was dirty inside, had an old water bottle and a lighter in the driver and passenger doors. Then to make matters worse, the low tire pressure light was on. I tried to add air but the tire would not fill up and the top to the air pump was missing. The tire looked as if it had been patched up instead of being replaced with a new tire to ensure all drivers are safe.
