Tires were very bad and thread was popping out of tires

Hello hope this helps anyone that reads this, but threads out of my tires and tires being bad are false. Anyone that has driven this car prior to this guest could tell you Houston roads are bad and it gets flats a lot. I baby the tires due to this. I was told it had a messed up sensor and I said okay I’ll take care of it when it comes back. I check the dash when it comes back and nothing. I think my guest just got angry because she didn’t refill the tank bringing it back and I charged for it.
