Pickup at the airport was a breeze. Got a flat tire (which is not uncommon given the NOLA pothles) and the host was amazing even though Turo was horribly unhelpful for both of us.

I wouldn’t waste my time!! Car is ragged! The seat does not go down at all. The windshield is cracked. The car looks spray painted. I had to pay 52 to leave the parking garage she only refunded 26$ of it!
Then on top that as I’m leaving the car starts rattling! Returned the car immediately!!
There was nothing wrong with the vehicle prior to you having it. You complained that you were too tall for the vehicle so I told you to contact Turo support. It’s very unfortunate that you left a bad review and lied about maintenance issues because you were too tall for a sports car that you booked.

The only issue I have with this whole trip is the car. Elizabeth was five stars. She was super helpful, very engaging and reasonable. The car on the other hand was mediocre at best. Check for scratches dents and dings. The car had a bunch of them. It had also been in many accidents you can’t tell because there are several drip paint spots, and also replacement of vehicle parts. The interior smelled like smoke. There were burn marks in the passenger seat. The car does not have auto connect for maps without a plug-in. The passenger window is foggy so made it hard to see out of it. Other than having to take a bunch of pictures before I left because the car was so dinged up. Elizabeth was great.
