Great car, easy to spot so I never forgot what car I was in. Host check in when tires got low.

Thank you for booking with us again, Patricia. We had the battery and alternator tested the morning after your trip, and after car sat for a day. Battery is holding charge at 100% and alternator tested good. Not sure why you had problems. Maybe lights were left on accidentally? Your convenience rating is a little unfair as you booked the wrong pickup location and we did all we could to accommodate you. Wish we could have earned your 5-star rating.
