It’s honestly unfortunate that this was my first Turo trip because now the bar has been set! From the beginning of my trip all the way through the end Mike was on it. Accommodated me in full and went above and beyond! Would definitely rent again and if you’re thinking about going with them take this as a sign to do so. If I could give them 7 stars I would!

I received access to vehicle 2 and a half hours after my start time. That caused a delay in my entire day, also caused me to be late for a concert and reservations that I paid a lot of money for. I was not able to enjoy my trip due to this inconvenience. Overall the vehicle was clean.
