Returned car due to no AC , got switched into a better vehicle .

This is my 4th time using Turo and the worst experience thus far. I will not be renting any more cars from this gentleman. On the way I kept messaging and calling to try and get him to confirm license. Never responded so I pull up to a car repair shop, there 3 other customers waiting for cars already. One I actually got to speak with while I waited to be waited on. They always rent from Turo and they have rented from Fuad previously and said it's always an issue and they were actually there waiting for a repair to be done on their rental that acted up. Needless to say I was nervous beings myself and son were traveling alone to Maryland. When waited on I asked if he was Fuad and he stated yes. But when I returned the car and wanted to complain and receive a little refunded back the gentelman called another guy who was actually Fuad and he said I would need to contact Turo for any refunds partial or whole. The car was a little dirty but not bad just wasn't previously wiped down or vacuumed. The air never worked. I would like some of my money back because it kinda ruined our trip and my hair with no air. I would not have rented a car with no air period.
