Bluetooth/Carplay doesn’t work. The car smells terrible.

The guest was charged for refueling because the vehicle was returned with approximately 1/4 tank less fuel than it had at the start of the trip. The charge was based solely on the documented fuel level at check-in and check-out. Unfortunately, this review appears to be in response to that charge.
What a great experience with Turo! I will definitely recommend John to anybody and will also return to him for any future rentals! 5 stars!
