Had some break issues other than it was fine.

Guest reported a brake noise after pickup. No noise was noticed before or after the trip. Brakes have been inspected and are in good working order. The guest was offered a replacement vehicle or the option to return and receive a refund. The guest did not take either offer.
The car was great and the host was even better. Great communication from start to finish and with an easy pickup and drop off.
