Business trip that was miserable 12 V and USB port don’t work had to buy a portable to charge laptop, in multiple phones, but car drives smooth it’s just not charging the phone with the major problem for me. Won’t get this car again.

Avoid this car. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but people need to be warned.
The car had visible damages at the front and was poorly maintained. Within a few hours of driving, it had a flat tire. Although I had insurance, Turo made me pay for swapping the flat tire with spare tire. Since I could not drive back to my destination on spare tire, I went to a tire shop. They told I had two replace an additional tire since it had holes in it. I got the consent from support and the host. I had to pay out of pocket for someone else’s car issues.
It’s been 10 days and I haven’t been reimbursed for my expenses.
I was initially charged $165.31 but ended paying $458.29 by the end of the trip.

Joe is really the best. I had a small issue with the original car I rented and he jumped into action to replace the car within hours. As always I highly recommend Joe. He won't let you down.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine

Missing fuel may result in an additional fee
