Attempted to get her to agree to accepting cancelation with refund and we would rebook. She stopped communicating bc she didnt want to do that and she would make more bc the new booking rate would be higher. Luckily turo understood the situation and allowed the refund and rebooting!

A wrongful “review” that was personal.
Before the trip began the guest wanted to pickup the vehicle on behalf of the primary driver so I explained that Turo requires the primary driver to pickup the vehicle and provided the guest with Turo’s policy & requirements. After continuing to discuss the matter, the guest stated they would cancel & rebook. The communication was there.
I drove the car the day of pickup and it had no issues with battery or tire pressure and was operating normal.
