I needed to drop the car off earlier than planned, which was outside of business hours of the dealership. So that was a bit of a hassle but glad to have had the car for work so it’s okay

Guest booked within business hours but later requested a 10:30 PM drop-off, which is outside my posted hours. My location is a gated business with clearly stated operating times. Instructions are also sent after trip start. Guest ignored guidelines and left the vehicle outside the gate with the key inside. This could have been avoided by keeping the original return time or arranging an earlier drop-off.
