I don’t like how I was charged all that money for the refuelling on the car that’s a little too much for a loyal customer
Ok, one day rental and drove 110 miles without refueling at all, refueling was 30 dollars plus 10 convenience fee. Guests get notifications to refuel before drop off, I needed to refuel to show my next guest that it’s at full. This can easily be avoided if vehicle gets returned full just like how we gave it to you.

Car smelled heavily like cigarette smoke, my daughters and I had to ride with the windows down the 2 days we had the vehicle. The front windshield and mirrors was smeared and greasy to the point the first night I could barely see out of them, had to take it the next morning to get detailed. The moment I pulled out the parking lot and got to the first light the brakes were screeching loud and continued to screech the entire time I had the vehicle. Other than that the vehicle ran great and this place is always a good place to rent vehicles
