The vehicle itself was a pleasure. The person's that I received the vehicle from were a bit rude and even took photos to flatter small dents and chips in the body of the vehicle. This was my first trip with Turo and I do not plan on any more pickups from this location if I can help it. There was no customer service attitude and I was spoken to in a low class fashion.
It all started when you decided not properly identify yourself at time of pick up and my staff tried to explain that we needed as per turos policy to make sure that you show physical DL. naturally you felt challenged but my young staff are well trained for all turo policy procedures. You have been restricted from using any of my vehicles as you broke 2 major turo policies.
