Great car! Super enjoyable to drive. It's got a great motor. Only thing the brake is a little bit touchy. Other than that car was great. Rental people were great! Thanks guys!

Terrible - i will NEVER use TURO again. I was rented a car with a tire that needed to be replaced immediately with metal showing and everything, only there was no way for me to know that since my initial inspection of the vehicle the tire was parked with the worn tread to the ground . TURO needs to be holding the people renting out their cars to some type of safety standards since this situation endangered both mine and my daughter lives and could’ve caused a SERIOUS accident and then the RENTER would be liable which is wrong on so many levels. I paid extra for roadside assistance and extended coverage and when i told the owner about the condition he rented his car to me in.and he first asked me to take the car to a pep boys for a new tire, and when I told him i wouldn’t make it before it closed and asked if we could call roadside assistance he asked me to change the tire to the spare MYSELF. me and my daughter changed the tire to the spare only to find out that the spare was FLAT and we now needed to put air in it and drive over 70 miles on southern california freeways going only 50 mph. he told me he’d make sure i’d get a DISCoUNT and apologized for the inconvenience, which I would hardly call having mine and my childs lives ENDANGERED and having to change someone else’s tire myself drive extra slow for 70 miles on so cal freeways when a donut is only safe to drive on for 70 miles and the spare had already BEEN driven on for who knows how many miles an “inconvenience” i don’t think i should just “get a discount” - i shouldn’t even have to pay for this rental. The severity of what could have happened had i not noticed the tire once i remarked the car is extreme . The owners of the vehicles being offered on TURO should be held to some type of safety standards before they just collect money from people while they rent out cars that are not SAFE to be driven on the roads. i will literally never use TURO again . i wound up paying more than i would have had i just rented with enterprise and at least enterprise makes it right and wouldn’t ask you to change a tire on a car they rented you . i will also be warning everyone i know about TURO allowing this to go on and I DO expect to receive more than a discount after we could’ve been killed and/or held liable for an accident caused by the OWNERS negligence to properly maintain the vehicle they are charging money to rent out.

Devin, I’m sorry for your inconvenience and I’m glad you guys were ok. upon inspection on the Tires treads were fine on the outside. And the inside of the 1 tire was a new discovery. I Communicated with you promptly an urgently so that we can get this resolved but you were not able to make it. You also told me that you would have a friend put on the spare tire with no problem. The issue has been resolved an has been out on other trips no issues
Unfortunately we had to return the vehicle after 1 day because it had a very distinct pungent odor that no air freshener can take away.
