When I first started looking for a car, I based my search on reviews and rapid responses. You excelled in all of these areas from our very first contact. While some hosts do not review driver IDs until the last minute and respond late, you always responded quickly and warmly. Your car was incredibly reliable, clean, and in excellent condition.
Furthermore, when I decided to rent the car for an additional day, you answered right away and let us proceed smoothly. I have so many good things to say, and I will absolutely recommend renting with you to others. I certainly plan to rent from you again in the future. Thanks again Fei !!

I had this car for much longer than I originally planned because I enjoyed it so much. From the very beginning, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free.
Fei was an outstanding host throughout the rental. He was always responsive, easy to reach, and genuinely helpful whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Having a host who communicates so well made the whole experience even better.
The car itself was exactly what I was looking for. It was very comfortable, enjoyable to drive, and surprisingly fuel-efficient, making it an excellent choice for both daily driving and longer road trips. The mileage was low, the vehicle was well maintained, and it was clear that great care had been taken to keep it in excellent condition.
I would absolutely rent from Fei again without hesitation and highly recommend both the host and the car to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and hassle-free rental.
