Overall, I was disappointed with this rental experience. When the tire went flat during my trip, I was left to handle the situation on my own while trying to make it to a scheduled work event. Communication was not very helpful, and the damage resolution process left me feeling frustrated. I understand accidents can happen, but I expected better support and a fairer resolution.
I'm sorry you had a frustrating experience. However, you struck an object on the roadway which destroyed a tire and the rim. We offered every accommodation including road side assistance but you chose to have someone put on the spare tire and continue your trip.
We only asked that you pay for the tire you destroyed and didn't even ask for the rim to be fixed. I'm sorry that upset you, but we do feel it is a more than fair resolution. I hope you have a very nice day.
