Trip had to be towed in from out of state. Not a good experience. No insurance or registration in the vehicle. Asked me to cancel. Not appropriate.

Car Quality: The car’s quality is fair. It is kind of loud and it vibrates. Also sometimes one headlight works and then it doesn’t.
Pick up Location: Excellent choice! 10/10
Host: The host is the reason for the 3 stars. My pickup time was 7:00 AM, I didn’t receive an access code until 8:30 AM. The host ignored me and I had to contact Turo’s customer service help.
