good host and communication. car was a few mins late but was only bothersome because my flight arrived early. car was a little rough to drive through very heavy rainstorm.

Easy pickup ferry responsible quicker response

At pick up only 1 headlight was working and they didn’t have another vehicle for me to use. So I couldn’t drive at night time which put a damper on all of my plans for the weekend.
