No issue, just car quality. But pick up was very easy, and I appreciated it was clean!

I originally booked a different vehicle about an hour before pickup because it showed as available. When I arrived, the car wasn’t there. After calling the host, he said the vehicle wasn’t ready because it wasn’t at the pickup location yet and hadn’t been cleaned, which was confusing since it was listed as available. Customer support had told me I could book a car even 10 minutes before pickup if it was available and the car should be ready. The host did offer me a different vehicle at the same price, and I accepted because I needed to leave immediately.
As for the replacement car, it got me where I needed to go safely, but it had several issues. It was very slow to accelerate, the center armrest and driver’s door armrest were broken, and the car had noticeable hail damage. The Bluetooth constantly cut the music in and out and even made random calls without me touching my phone. There were times when I started the car and the radio wouldn’t come on at all. On top of that, the car occasionally shut off when starting and had to be restarted.
Overall, I appreciate being given another vehicle, but the experience was disappointing due to the booking confusion and the condition of the replacement car.
