Regarding the lower score on maintenance, we noticed the undercarriage plastic shield was scraped and cracked during your rental period. While we treat this as accidental damage during the trip rather than a routine maintenance issue, we have already fully replaced the shield to ensure the vehicle remains in pristine condition for future guests.
