The host and the car were delightful. The car has some natural wear
Hi Sarah, thank you for the overall 5-star rating and the kind words about the trip! Regarding the lower score on maintenance, we noticed the undercarriage plastic shield was scraped and cracked during your rental period. While we treat this as accidental damage during the trip rather than a routine maintenance issue, we have already fully replaced the shield to ensure the vehicle remains in pristine condition for future guests. Thanks again for booking with us!

I really LOVE this car and the HOSTS! This Prius is an cute, fun and clean ride. Ohhhh, and the gas mileage? EXCELLENT!! I went 2 weeks on 1 tank. The hosts are the most amazing, communicative, friendliest and cutest couple ever! I love them. They really care about their cars and you as the guests. I would highly recommend renting from these hosts, the Prius or any cars they may have. They are definitely my favorites 😍 ❤️
