Great communication, best drop-off ever, they were waiting for us curbside to take the car and we walk straight into the airport. My 4 stars is because the car was pretty beat up, tires needed balancing badly - it vibrated pretty bad at hwy speed, and we paid almost $100/day for that car. There was so many dents, scraps, dings, fender bolted on to the quarter panel that we almost couldnt take enough pictures. The was was clean on the inside, so that was nice. Good folks and I would rent again from them, but this Corola needs to be retired or at a massive discount.
