The car battery had an issue that needed some fixing and the pickup/drop off isn’t that smooth. You either have to pay extra for vallet or wait for the host…

Thank you for your review, but pretty unfair.
-It was not the car battery that had an issue, it was the key fob battery which we sent someone to change and fix within 30 minutes of the issue . -Also, you selected to have the vehicle dropped off and picked up at the hotel which charges for valet parking. As a courtesy we warned you before hand so you did not have to pay
-Your check out time was at 11am and the vehicle was picked up at exactly 11am so not really sure what you had to wait on.
Thanks!

This car has been smoked in I could take in my mouth and smell it the 6 hours or so that we were in the car ,
Front window inside where passenger looks out couldn’t wipe off inside !! Driver side molding loose at bottom.

Car was in clean and was easy to drive! Perfect for my road trip. There was constant communication even at odd hours of the night lol. Thank you again!
