Pick up and drop off went smoothly, host communicated well regarding the issue!

Host is kind and communicative. The car itself upon pickup had a strong stench of marijuana and cigarettes. It took 3 days for the stench to dissipate. We rolled the windows down and blasted the AC. Not a good rental if you have medical conditions or young children. This was my first experience using Turo. Very disappointed as when brought up within minutes of accepting the ride, the owner denied claims. Responded that the stench would go away in a day and was insulted with the feedback. Wish it could have worked out differently. We did have to switch our flight and needed to return the car earlier than expected. She tried her best to accommodate with short notice. If you’re looking for a reliable car and don’t mind the strong smells, it may just work for you.

Great car and Carmen (host) was very accommodating. I just had to change my trip by a few hours. Would definitely rent again.
