I booked a one day rental at 9pm for delivery to my hotel the next day at 8am. The service was professional and fast, car drive good. Highly recommend!

The car itself is fine, there is some minor exterior and interior damage and the tint is bubbling which disrupts the view out of the back window. The communication is what was very disappointing. I received multiple automated messages before and during the trip with outdated information, and I was not provided the lock box code until I called from the car, which was in a parking garage with no cell service, so I had to walk back out to make a call. On the return trip, I messaged to verify the drop off lo action and did not hear back after 12 hours. Three different locations were mentioned in the different messages.
