Jonathan has been a great host. He helped me when I got a nail in the tire and was able to deliver great service and communication. Much appreciated!

Issues: huge crack in the windshield. Top to bottom. The front bumper hanging off but was reassured it was fine. In my opinion, it is a safety hazard if it falls off. The horn does not work. Major safety issue. People drive reckless in Austin. Way too many close calls having no operable horn. It was very upsetting with no horn. Was not happy. Host had speedy communication.
