Cable provided an excellent experience all around. He was patient, friendly, and receptive to all my questions, giving me a comprehensive walkthrough of the car before leaving it with me. Highly recommend.

Communication could be better, trip wasn’t confirmed by host until less than 2 hours before pickup, so I wasn’t sure if I was going to have a vehicle when I landed. The car also had sort of a bad smell when I got into it after it sat for a while, almost like a musty smell? But this went away once the air started to circulate.

Trip was confirmed well before pickup. The car sat about an hour before they arrived, which likely caused the musty smell they mentioned. They charged to 100% twice (limit is 80%). Tesla dropped it both times. No Turo app reply so we texted. Unknown key card added after valet key request. We removed that card and their phone key. Returned a day early with 30 min notice, skipped checkout, only 3 general garage photos. Found it with the Tesla app. Over an hour with Turo support to check it in.
