Late pick up but I did book few hours prior to pick up. Car wasn’t washed before pickup either but they tried their best, also gave me a small discount to cover cleaning cost

We’re sorry for the pickup delay and that the exterior wasn’t clean. The previous guest returned the car without a full charge, and we received your reservation about an hour before pickup, so we needed to charge it first. We cleaned the interior but ran out of time to wash the exterior. We appreciate your understanding and feedback, and I’ll work with our local team to improve preparation and communication for future pickups.

Absolutely loved this Tesla! The car was spotless, drove perfectly, and made the entire trip smooth and enjoyable. The host was responsive, professional, and made pickup and drop-off quick and hassle-free. The battery had plenty of charge, and everything worked exactly as expected. I would definitely rent this Tesla again and highly recommend both the vehicle and the host to anyone looking for a great rental experience.
