Without giving temporary driver access via Tesla I was unable to use neither phone key nor my media apps which was inconvenient, even after clarifying at time I'd booking that premium connectivity was included. Not much point to premium connectivity if you don't have your media apps. Lack of phone key was a major bummer.

We had difficulty finding the car, did not get the location till about 11:15, maybe due to not having good internet connection in the airport terminal. We went to the top level of the garage, level 6 and then we were able to receive the message about car location.
