I returned the car at 10pm, but because the cigarette and USB ports were not working to charge my phone, my phone has been completely dead since the time I took that last picture of the odometer. I was barely able to turn it back on as of this message.

USB port is to connect to the entertainment system not to charge. Not sure what that has to do with not charging your phone. You didn't get charge any late fees or anything if that's what you are worried about.
The car is too old and makes noise while turning. Not recommended. Host is good.

I don't want to give any stars because coming out here for vacation I had to drive without a sun visor. So, it was very hard for me to drive most of my trip I was in the hotel until then sun went down to go out. I going use the car one full day and it was hard. I reach out to the host to see if I am able to get my refund or another vehicle it was a problem.

I offered for you to return the car at a full refund the first day. Even offered to pay for sunglasses. You did not want to return it and wanted a full refund, so since Turo didn't give you a full refund, you decided to rate 1 star.
