The car drove great and very smooth. I didn't have any problems. The host is very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely use their services again!

Car was having constant mechanical issues. The host attempted to fix the issues, but never ever really fix the issues. The car broke down on me while driving the first time. And he refused to swap the car out for another vehicle. Car broke down the next day at the same issues again. And the host would not respond to any phone calls or text messages. I highly recommend not renting this vehicle. Take responsibility instead told me the best course of action was to cancel, the trip altogether, and book with another host. Very unprofessional I do not recommend.

We’re sorry your trip was interrupted by an unexpected mechanical issue. We diagnosed it as a minor ignition-related repair and worked to resolve it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we did not have another vehicle available to swap.
The alternative was to end the trip so you could rebook with another host.
We always prioritize safe, proper repairs over rushed work and strive to provide the best service possible under the circumstances.
