if i could give 0 stars i would.. i’d very much ride a greyhound bus than book with these people again.
Rory, we take immense pride in providing flawless vehicles, and the Altima was delivered in perfect condition. While we were more than happy to provide the extensive, step-by-step assistance you required to comprehend basic Turo rental instructions, it is clear that peer-to-peer sharing isn't the best fit for your travel style. We always aim for a seamless experience, but some folks just prefer a traditional ticket. Safe travels on the Greyhound next time!

This was by far one of the best cars I’ve rented from Turo, directions were very clear on how to pick up and drop off the car. Thought it was a pretty cool idea with a link that takes you right to the location (especially at drop off). Getting on and off that highway for pick up and drop is very fast ( This information was even put in the description) I give them a 1000/10 I’d definitely rent from them again as long as my son is stationed down in Texas.

Turo sends too many emails 6 in 24 hours is rediculous

Car was great and clean! Host was very quick to get back to any messages sent and was very detailed with directions for pick up and drop off since it was my first time renting through Turo. Car was easy to pick up and drop off. Shuttle from parking lot to airport was a breeze. A definite must for my next trip back!
