Pick up location was fine everything was great. The only problem I would is that it smelled like smoke when we picked up the car. Which not bothered by it just wanted to make sure the host knew this. Overall trip was fine. Communication was okay.

Overall the rental was fine and communication was good. However, there were a few issues that prevented a 5-star rating.
My reservation was at 9am. When I arrived at 9:45 there was still no stall number provided for the car’s location. So I’m standing in the parking lot still trying to get the stall location number of the car. Could I have wandered and found it - sure but I shouldn’t have to. To be fair it only took a few minutes once I asked.
There was also undisclosed damage on the car. It didn’t affect operation but I did feel obligated to take full videos to ensure it wasn’t something I would be liable for later.
As mentioned by another reviewer, the car does smell of smoke. Not unbearable but also completely pleasant.
