This car was clean. The contact person was amiable and flexible regarding pick up and return locations. At 40 mph the car would Shake upon using the braking system. At 70 mph the car Shook on the front end. I reported it to the owner who offered to exchange vehicles. I was unable to coordinate that due to my scheduling. The owner came and picked up the vehicle and we agreed to a private refund. He was prompt and providing that refund. He also wrote a message to me telling me what the issues were and that he was having it fixed. Even though he was great to work with and offered to drive and pick up the car with an early return, it was not convenient and I did not feel safe driving the car as it was.

-issue was the unbalanced tire that we had to replace shortly before your booking. This was our mistake, we forgot to balance them after replacing one, as we were rushing to drop the vehicle off in order to accommodate your very late pickup location change, which was also a 12 mile distance change from original drop off.
- After the guest drove the car for a full day and a half garnering 120 miles, guest left the car in a different city
