When I showed up to the parking lot at the airport, the car was not at the designated spot where I was told it was. I called and spoke to the host who connected me someone else handling the car who said someone had taken my car by mistake (which I thought was weird cause how could have they done that without a code, so did they double book?). She said there was another car available, the exact same one in another row, so I agreed to it. When I got into the replacement car, it had a terrible odor and I asked the girl if there was another car we could have for this reason and she said there wasn’t anything available and she could have the cleaner come spray it. I said no, I’m not going to wait in the heat for someone to spray something when I could do that myself. I decided to just take the car to not hold up the start of my trip anymore. I asked if I could be compensated for the inconvenience between the mixup of the car and the bad odor and she said she could refund one day back to me which I still haven’t gotten. I’m not typically one to do this but I shouldn’t have had to ask to be compensated. As the host, that should have been the first thing that was offered after all the mixups and poor car presentation. This was overall a pretty poor experience.

Simple car, got the job done :)
Had an issue with receiving the wrong lockbox number, but after a few minutes, and a quick message, it was resolved.

Car was no frills, but great as an A to B to C. Recommended as a rental. Great on gas
