Car was clean. AC worked great. Was slow to start, but it did start each time. Easy to drive. I appreciate the back up camera.
Glad everything worked to perfection on your trip. This car has over 250 trips, so it does have some character to it, but glad it ran perfectly smoothly anyway

I’m start by saying Turo is a good company. However this is one of my worst experiences. From being stranded for 5-10 hours on top of having to spend my whole day getting home. Because car wasn’t properly checked before renting out. Car would not start due to battery issues or alternator issues.
I understand things happen but I have to be honest when I say I will never book with these people again.
Again sorry you had to deal with this. And sorry you were stranded at 3am on your way back from Memphis on your trip. But once again any check you make on a vehicle before it's driven 1500 miles is only so good. Also , as I stated before, it is thoroughly not possible to predict battery or alternator issues before they happen ... And had you been anywhere near the city of Austin where you rented it, it would have be far easier to take care of you. Hope that makes sense. Did what we could. 👋🏾
